Peel the ginger and onions and cut the red pepper, then slice the garlic, ginger, and onion into thin slices and cut the lemon in half

Marinate the shrimp with 1 pack of salt, half of the black pepper, and a teaspoon each of the following: ginger, garlic, and sesame oil. Squeeze half a lemon

Boil the noodles in boiling water for 8 minutes.

In a large pan over high heat, add tablespoon of sesame oil. Then, add the shrimp and stir for 2 minutes. Transfer the shrimp to a separate dish

In the same pan, add 2 more tablespoons of sesame oil, add the remaining vegetables and stir-fry for a minute. Then, add the full pack of the sweet chili sauce, then add 4 tablespoons of vinegar

Add the shrimp, 1 pack of salt, the remaining of the black pepper, and squeeze half a lemon and a tablespoon of sesame oil, then add the noodles and stir-fry
