Cooking steps
To brine the chicken, add 1 liter of cold water along with the big pack of salt, 1 pack of sugar, and a sachet of instant stock. Stir the mixture then add the chicken pieces and leave them covered in the fridge for 12 hours. After 12 hours, remove the chicken pieces from the water and get rid of the soaking water, then season the chicken for another 12 hours using a bag of potato seasoning and a sachet of instant chicken bouillon.
To prepare the flour mixture, in a wide bowl, add flour, starch, baking powder, 1 pack of salt, a sachet of potato seasoning, and a sachet of instant stock.
In a smaller bowl, add 4 spoons of the prepared flour mixture with a cup of cold water and stir well.
Heat the frying oil at a medium temperature.
Dip the marinated chicken pieces in the dry flour mixture, then dip them in the wet flour mixture, then return them again to the dry flour mixture and shake well until flakes form, then fry for 15 minutes.
Add 1 pack of salt to boiling water, then add the pasta and boil it for 8 minutes.
In a medium-sized pan, add the milk with a tablespoon of flour and 1 pack of salt, and stir until the mixture thickens. Then add the cheese mix stir for a minute until the cheese melts. Add the cheese mixture & the cooked pasta and stir for a minute.
