Peel the potatoes and boil them in water for 15 minutes. Then, mash them

In a small pan, add 1 pack of olive oil and a cube of butter and minced garlic, then sauté for a minute. Then add the milk, 1 pack of salt, and half the remaining of the black pepper. Then add the potatoes and mash them again

Marinate the beef filet with 1 pack of salt, and half of the black pepper for 20 minutes.

Slice the mushrooms and garlic

In a medium-sized pan over medium heat, add 1 pack of olive oil. Then, add the beef fillet. Add two garlic cloves and a rosemary sprig, along with the butter.

  • For rare, sear each side for 1-2 minutes and cook in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 3-4 minutes
  • For medium-rare, sear each side for 2-3 minutes and cook in the oven for 4-5 minutes. For medium, sear each side for 3-4 minutes and cook in the oven for 5-6 minutes.
  • For medium, sear each side for 3-4 minutes and cook in the oven for 5-6 minutes
  • For well-done, sear each side for 4-5 minutes and cook in the oven for 7-8 minutes or until the desired level of doneness is achieved

In the same pan used to sear the beef filet, over medium heat, sauté the garlic slices with the mushrooms then add half a liter of water and brown meat sauce. Stir until the mixture boils and thickens, then add the cooking cream.
