Cooking steps
In a pot with 3 liters of boiling water, add 1 pack of salt, then add the pasta and boil it for 8 to 10 minutes.
In three different bowls, grate the onion, tomatoes, and garlic.
In a medium-sized pan, add 2 packs of olive oil, then add the minced meat and do not stir too much until the meat turns brown, then add the grated onion and garlic, half the amount of nutmeg, 1 pack of salt, and half of the quantity of the black pepper and stir for 3 minutes.
Add the grated tomatoes, then add the tomato paste and 1 pack of sugar, then add a cup of water and leave it on a low heat for 45 minutes.
In a medium-sized pot, add butter and flour and stir, then add milk and continue stirring until it becomes thick, then add the cooking cream, 1 pack of salt, the remaining of the black pepper, the rest of the nutmeg, and keep stirring for another minute.
Add 10 tablespoons of béchamel to the pasta and toss it, then spread two spoons of béchamel sauce in a baking tray. Add a layer of pasta, then add the minced meat sauce (Bolognese), then add a layer of pasta, then add the rest of the béchamel.
In the center of a pre-heated oven bake it for 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius
